Product Managers can inherit a product anywhere within the product lifecycle from product inception to end of life. Because of the broad range of deliverables that can come out of a product management, specific timeframes and priorities are scoped during each phase of product definition, development, and delivery.

Concepts & Methodology
Conduct market research and validate that include a competitive analysis with high level positioning and product features.

Develop a market requirements document (MRD).

Identify feature requirements and create product requirements document (PRD).

Develop a pre-product design and product roadmap.

Create and manage a release schedule.

Develop a product marketing and promotion plan of the product line.

Collaborate with cross-functional product development and planning team to ensure successful product launches.

Partner with sales to successful introduce new marketing promotions and lead generation programs to increase sales and awareness.

Research and drive 3rd party opportunities for joint marketing programs and promotional offers, and lead generation programs.
